*Event description of Promoter:* *Everything that is about the law!* What does a contract for the sale of a work of art look like? What must be legally observed when one's own artworks are to be exhibited? What claims do artists have against exhibiting institutions and what can they demand in return? How do you deal with loan requests and what should you do if paintings are damaged or destroyed? All these questions will be explained and answered in detail in this seminar by the lawyer Dr Eckhard Braun. Each of his seminars is also accompanied by a study script on the above topics for preparation and self-study. All scripts contain practice questions and exercises that will be discussed, as well as further references to literature and sources. *Note*: This course is held for 20 participants or more and is in German langauage.
